IMatch4U for Android — Privacy notice

Updated 29 September 2026. IMatch4U is a dating service for adults aged 18 and over. This notice covers its Android edition, accounts, AI twin features and Google Play subscriptions.

Controller and contact

Studio Tinazzi is the controller. Contact info@ai4labs.org for privacy, consent withdrawal and requests concerning your data. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Data processed

We process account information (name, email and user ID), date of birth, gender, city you provide, profile text, work information, interests, values, dating preferences and relationship questionnaire answers. Preferences or text may reveal sexual orientation or sex-life information. We also process uploaded photos, messages, AI-generated profiles and twin conversations, date proposals, reports, blocks, consent choices and activity needed to provide features and enforce plan limits.

Technical information supports authentication, security, delivery and error handling. Language and session information may be stored on your device. City search uses your typed query; it is not precise GPS tracking. The Android image picker lets you select individual photos without granting broad access to your photo library.

For Google Play subscriptions we process the product, purchase token, status, expiry and a pseudonymous identifier connecting the purchase to your IMatch4U account. Google processes payment details; this integration does not request your card details. Purchase tokens are held in restricted server-side records, not public profiles.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide accounts, profiles, matching, messaging, requested AI features and subscriptions; respond to support and privacy requests; prevent abuse and secure the service; and meet legal obligations. Processing relies on the applicable contractual, consent, legitimate-interest or legal-obligation basis. Processing of data revealing sexual orientation or sex life requires explicit consent. Avoid entering such information if you do not want it processed for the stated purposes. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing; this can make the related features unavailable.

AI and your control

Base44's AI integration uses relevant profile answers, preferences and conversation context to generate an AI twin portrait, synthetic twin dialogues, matching suggestions and optional coaching. AI output may be inaccurate. It is not a diagnosis, a scientifically validated psychological assessment or a guarantee of compatibility. AI dialogues are labelled and are not messages written by the people represented. You can review and approve the portrait, pause twin searching and decide whether to accept a connection. Human chat requires mutual acceptance.

Recipients and services

Base44 provides hosting, authentication, database, private media storage, email and managed AI integration through its infrastructure and model providers. Relevant data is processed by those providers to deliver the requested functions. See the Base44 DPA and security information. Photon provides city autocomplete and receives the city query; Google Fonts supplies interface fonts. Google Play provides purchases and subscription management under Google's privacy policy.

Other members receive the profile details, photos and messages made available to them through the service. A recipient may retain copies outside the app. Authorized administrators handle moderation and support. Relevant information may be disclosed to authorized advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or protection of rights. The app does not use an advertising SDK.

International processing

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable arrangements described in Base44's DPA include adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Contact the controller for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Delete your IMatch4U account and associated data

In the app, open Profile, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation requiring DELETE. Alternatively, request deletion without installing the app by emailing info@ai4labs.org with the subject “IMatch4U Android account and data deletion” from the email associated with your account. If you cannot use that email, explain this so we can arrange proportionate verification. Never send your password.

You can request deletion of your account, profile, photos, messages, AI profile and twin conversations, activity and the links to Google Play purchases. You can also request deletion of particular data without closing the entire account. The controller handles requests and any residual provider copies, and can confirm what was removed and explain any data that must be retained.

Account data, photos and conversations are retained to provide the service until deletion. Inactivity or pausing the twin does not automatically delete data. Support and moderation records are retained while handling the matter and as needed to document its outcome or protect rights; technical records for operational and security needs; subscription records for renewals, restoration, refunds, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Any legally required retention is limited to the necessary data. Backup deletion follows the provider's cycles; this notice does not promise a uniform deletion period across backups.

Deleting IMatch4U does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel its renewal in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, ask for explanations of AI results and contest inaccuracies. Contact info@ai4labs.org. You can complain to the Italian data protection authority or another competent authority.

Safety and updates

Use the in-app controls to report and block a connection. If you believe a minor is using IMatch4U, contact support@flirtalot.com. This notice carries its revision date. Material changes to processing will require updated information and, where necessary, renewed consent.
